AI adoption usually lives or dies based on whether one person inside the team takes ownership of it. The AI Champion Program coaches that person and gives them a thought partner so they keep momentum after the workshops end.

1 day to 12 weeks
Half-day workshops can happen in a single session. Multi-week programs run reguarly with applied work between sessions.

3 to 6 month minimum, often extending into ongoing partnership
We meet weekly or bi-weekly with your designated champion, with async support between sessions and quarterly capability check-ins.

FAQs
How is the AI Champion Program different from Team Trainings?
Team Trainings build skills across the whole team. The AI Champion Program builds one person into the internal lead who keeps adoption alive after training ends. Most clients run them in sequence. Train the team, then coach the champion.
Can I sign up for Executive Enablement without enrolling my team?
Yes. Executive Enablement is for the leader, not the team. Sessions are confidential and tailored to your role. Some executives engage privately to get up to speed before bringing AI to their function. Others use it after their team has done training, so they can keep up with their own people.
Do you train teams that have never used AI before?
Yes. We start with discovery to understand where your team actually is, then design the curriculum from there. New-to-AI teams typically start with a half-day primer or full-day intensive. Teams further along do workflow-specific or champion-track programs.
What kinds of AI tools do you train on?
We train on the tools your team actually uses. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, image and video generation tools, and any AI-native tools embedded in your workflow. We are tool-agnostic and train on what makes sense for your stack and use cases.
Is AI Concierge only for past Austley clients?
No, but most Concierge clients have worked with us before. If you're new to Austley, our Concierge support is also offered to in-house companies that have integrated AI on their own and want a senior partner to think with.
After we finish training, what comes next?
Most clients sequence these offerings. Workshops or training build the team's foundation, then the AI Champion Program coaches the person leading AI internally. Then AI Concierge keeps the relationship going for ongoing questions and second opinions. You can stop at any point or move at the pace your team is ready for.
What's the difference between the AI Champion Program and AI Concierge?
AI Champion Program is structured coaching for the person leading AI inside your team. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, custom playbook, 3 to 6 month minimum. The goal is capability building. By the end, your champion can run AI inside the team without you (or us).
AI Concierge is an open-ended advisory for marketing and comms leaders. You get on-demand access through Slack, email, or voice with defined response times, plus quarterly strategic reviews. The goal is ongoing thinking. No curriculum, no scheduled sessions, just a senior partner you can ping when you have a question.
