What happens after you subscribe

Step one. Welcome and onboarding.

You'll get a welcome email within 24 hours of subscribing. Inside, your booking link for office hours, access to the AI Best Practices Guide, the templates library, and the call recording library.

Step two. First office hours call.

Book your first call whenever it works for you. Most clients schedule within the first week. Bring whatever's on your plate. Strategy, a project, a tool you're trying to figure out.

Step three. Ongoing support.

Use your calls each month, email us between calls (VIP), and tap the library whenever you want. We adjust the support to fit the season you're in.

  • Who is AI Concierge for?

    Concierge is built for individuals. Solo practitioners, freelancers, consultants, and in-house pros who want direct access to someone who knows their field and AI.

  • Can my team share a subscription?

    Concierge is primarily built for one person. The subscription, the office hours calls, and the email relationship all flow through that subscriber. If your whole team needs

    on-going AI support, set up a call to talk about the best way to get you what you need. 

  • Can a colleague join my office hours calls?

    Yes. Subscriptions are per person, but bring a colleague along if it helps the

    conversation. Email support stays with you as the subscriber, but calls are a

    flexible space.

  • What does VIP email support cover?

    Quick questions, gut-checks, and document reviews. We reply within 2 business days. Anything that needs a longer conversation, we'll bring to your next office hours call. Most VIP clients send anywhere from 3 to 8 emails a month. If email volume picks up, we'll often suggest a call so we can work through it together faster.

  • How are office hours scheduled?

    Use the booking link in your welcome email. Pick a time that works for you. Same

    week, the following week, your call.

  • Can I switch tiers later?

    Yes, any time. Upgrade mid-month and the prorated difference applies. Downgrade and the new rate kicks in next billing cycle.

  • What if I need more than VIP offers?

    If you find you need more capacity than VIP gives, that's usually a signal we should

    talk about something custom or whether AI Champion Program is a better fit.

  • When does the $750 credit expire?

    It renews every year you're subscribed. Apply it to any future training, audit, or

    service Austley offers.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. The annual plan is just a discount option if

    you want to lock in 10% savings.
