AI Transformation and Change Management

For enterprise firms rolling out AI across the organization.

Buying AI is easy. Making AI part of how your organization actually operates is the harder, longer, more human work. We help enterprise firms close that gap with strategy, governance, internal narrative, and the change management it takes to move from AI investment to AI integration.

The technology is the easy part of an AI rollout. Everything else is where teams get stuck.

You have probably seen some version of this play out:

  • Strategies that never get socialized past the leadership team
  • Pilots that work in isolation but never scale
  • Middle managers who discreetly opt out
  • Employees who don't understand what's changing or why
  • Policies and guardrails written reactively, after something has already gone wrong

If any of those sounded familiar, you're not alone. The companies that succeed with AI treat it as a transformation, rather than a technology project. That's where we come in..

What we do.

We partner with enterprise leaders to plan, communicate, and operationalize AI across the organization. Our work spans two phases.

Strategy and Advisory

Roadmap, governance, and prioritization that turns AI ambition into a sequenced plan.

Change Management

The internal narrative, training, and adoption work that makes the plan doable.

Strategy and Advisory

Roadmap, governance, and priorities for putting AI to work across the enterprise.

Most AI strategies look good on paper. We help you build one that holds up in practice.

What's Included:

  • AI Readiness Assessment
  • AI roadmap and prioritization
  • Governance frameworks and decision rights
  • Executive and board alignment
  • Risk and policy guardrails

AI Readiness Assessment

A focused diagnostic that maps where your organization stands today across five dimensions. Capability, tooling, data, governance, and culture.

Change Management

Help your people adopt AI without breaking the work.

The hardest part of AI is getting your people to actually use it, trust it, and integrate it into how they work. We design and run the change management work that turns an AI strategy into adoption that sticks.

What's Included:

  • Internal narrative and communications strategy
  • Manager enablement and talking points
  • Training rollout planning and coordination
  • Stakeholder alignment workshops
  • Adoption tracking and measurement
  • Town halls, FAQs, and change announcements

FAQs

Common questions we hear.

  • What is the difference between Strategy and Advisory and Change Management?

Strategy and Advisory answers "what should we do." Change Management answers "how do we make it stick."

Most enterprise engagements include both, often sequenced. Strategy comes first to set the roadmap, then Change Management runs alongside implementation to bring people along.

  • Do we need an AI strategy before we engage Austley?

No. We often start with an AI Readiness Assessment to map where you are and what you need first. Some clients come to us with a strategy already in place and need help operationalizing it. Others come to us before they have committed to a direction. We meet you where you are.

  • How long does an AI transformation engagement typically take?

These vary, but most engagements run 3 to 12 months. Strategy and Roadmap usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. Change Management runs 3 to 6+ months and often continues through ongoing adoption tracking. We scope to your specific goal and timeline.

  • Does Austley work with our IT team, or only marketing and communications?

Both. While our origin is in marketing and communications, AI transformation is cross-functional by nature. We partner with IT, HR, operations, and other functions whenever the work touches them. The marketing and comms angle is always present, even when the broader work spans the enterprise.

  • How do you measure success in an AI transformation?

    We track three layers:

    1. Tool usage and adoption metrics.
    2. Workflow change (how the work itself has shifted).
    3. Business outcome (the strategic result you set out to achieve).

The specific KPIs we set with you depend on the strategy, but we believe in measuring change, not just deployment.
